Go to your X profile and open the exporter

Navigate to x.com and go to your profile page. Click the floating PlugMonkey button on the right side of the screen to open the exporter panel. Your username is automatically filled in since you are on your own profile.

Select "Following" and start the export

Download the CSV file

Click "Download CSV" to save the file to your downloads folder. The file is named with your username, list type, and date (e.g., "yourname_following_2026-02-15.csv").
