Operations manager at a 40-person company, 11 SaaS tools in daily workflow
The Challenge
Manager's day was death-by-tab-switching: ChatGPT for drafting, Notion for capture, separate competitor research tools, separate Reddit monitoring, separate video download tool. Estimated 2.5 hours/day lost to context-switching. Tool subscription stack: ~$180/month ($2,160/year).
The Approach
Replaced 4 separate tools with PlugMonkey Bundle ($149.99 lifetime). Configured Prompt Anything Pro with BYOK + 11 workflow templates (meeting-note rewrites, vendor research, RFP responses, etc.). Used ReadMonkey Pro to centralize article capture across all projects. Stopped tab-switching for AI tasks — ran prompts inline on whatever page already had the source content.
The Outcome
Daily context-switching time: 2.5 hours → 35 min. Annual tool subscription cost: $2,160 → $360 (BYOK + 1-time bundle amortized). Manager's quarterly review explicitly credited 'better personal systems' for hitting 2 stretch goals that would have been impossible at previous tool friction levels.
